Acoustic guitars are made of wood, which, being a natural material, can vary greatly. Guitars have to be checked for manufacturing faults, material faults and transit damage, then need to be set-up and tuned.

When you buy a guitar from us, we do all that for FREE to ensure you get a quality guitar that is easy and comfortable to play. To keep your guitar in top condition we also offer 1 years FREE servicing, and a FREE re-string and set-up after 3 months on all guitars over £100.

Whilst we acknowledge there are big mail-order deals online, which we will happily try and match, we can only match their service - an unchecked box at your risk.
