Unfortunately, due to distance I am not able to get to the shop very often but as a school music teacher I use the music ordering service. This term alone I have ordered some £500 of music on behalf of my pupils and would recommend anyone to do the same. With One Man Band my music arrives within a couple of days, superbly packaged with just one very low carriage cost - worth every penny to save the hassle of driving into town, parking, ordering music, and having to return. "Though I have not yet made a purchase, I will definitely be buying from One Man Band ASAP. I am looking at the Tanglewood TSB58 Honey Sunburst Les Paul copy - every bit as nice as the Hohner 'Gibson Les Paul Std' copy I had 18 years ago - and either the Yamaha APX500 electro-acoustic or the Ibanez TCY20 double cutaway acoustic guitar, as well as the Marshall MG15FX practice amp. The guy I saw in the shop was excellent at demoing the guitars I was interested in and confirmed what I originally thought that more money does not always mean better sound. 10/11/10

"I wanted a Yamaha E423 keyboard and One Man Band was the only local store to have this brand new model in stock. A couple of emails to David and Chris and several visits to their excellent website convinced me that this is what I should have. A short trip (round 50 miles) and I was greeted by Andy, a very pleasant fellow who immediately offered me coffee (don't know if bikkies were to be included!). Chris did the business (another offer of coffee!) and my Roland digital piano was part exchanged for the Yamaha. Excellent service and excellent product (can't comment on the coffee because I didn't have one!) 29/05/10

Some time ago, I visited an exhibition at Milton Keynes of Yamaha keyboards being demonstrated by people from One Man Band. I was looking at the Tyros 3 keyboard and was very impressed with the professional attitude of the personnel during the demonstration to me.
I am now shortly going to purchase this keyboard and with this in mind I visited the Banbury centre, last Saturday. I was greeted by Andy who was very helpful and gave me an hour of his time, explaining everything about the keyboard I needed to know at the time. The service was first rate and not at all intimidating or pushy. Although I know this instrument could be purchased cheaper on the internet, the extra treatment, home set up, and knowledge that One Man Band is available to help you in the future at any time, is a necessity for such an investment as the Tyros3. Thank you Andy and I will be purchasing very soon. 28/03/10

I walked in off the street last Friday and the man working in the shop, Dave, was most helpful. I am not a rich guy, but I intend to buy a Martin acoustic guitar. I was so impressed by the treatment I received in your shop that I will buy from you, despite having a Martin dealer within half a mile of my home in Lancashire, who has offered me the guitar for £50 less.
The professional treatment, coupled with a pleasant atmosphere at One Man Band are a rare pleasure these days. I look forward to returning to Banbury.
