Essential for any instrument with lacquer or silver plated parts, an instrument cleaning cloth is designed to remove grease from fingerprints and protect against corrosion from natural oxidants in the atmosphere - as well as making your instrument really shine!
Impregnated with a gentle cleaning agent, these cloths are designed specifically for musical instruments - a jewellery silver cleaner or household brass cleaner (the one with the red lid...) is just too powerful for instrument lacquer and silverplating, and risks damaging the finish.
Please note, subject to availability the lacquer cloth or silver cloth may be branded differently, but will still be to the same specification.
