If you click-and-buy a pro-level keyboard from our website, we will offer what every other mail-order company does – boxed warehouse stock delivered by courier. They are contracted to deliver to the driveway; it is left to you to configure the instrument.
When you buy in-store
It saddens us when we speak to people who have bought an instrument as powerful as a top Yamaha keyboard but hardly scratch the surface of what it can do. As one of Yamaha’s selected Homeworld showrooms, we have been recognised for our commitment to outstanding levels of customer service and product knowledge.
We have the knowledge and resources to personally deliver, assemble and configure your keyboard
exactly how you want it; you may have existing settings on another keyboard you would like transferred, or style disks you want to use. The S910 is an phenomenal instrument, provided you know how to use it; that’s why we will gladly spend a couple of hours with you when we deliver it to teach you how to use the essential functions so you can enjoy playing straight away. Of course, you can’t learn
everything in one go, so we are on hand to teach you how to use more of the features as you progress – a free service that never expires.
